The main musical influences on the album come from various horizons. The electronic music from experimental to broken beats, squat parties and the explorations of manipulated sounds. The Rembetiko underground urban movement between the two world wars. Because it's very beautiful and sincere. It is a cross-cultural style of music that was played by simple people rather than the elite. Indeed it took much time for it to enter the circle of recognition. It has touched our souls and connected us with these musicians' awareness of every day beauties. Finally, the music of the Aegen and its enchanting melodies, the poetry of traditional instruments used today and played with virtuosity by young and old people in the neighborhood. It is sacred and magical, it is alive.
